Barber Shop Style Chart.

This is a vintage barber shop styling chart from the 70′s. PURE FIRE! This was also repurposed for an ad as well, for Duke Hair Products. Notice the detail here in the cut edges of each image, the off-white background, the naming of each hairstyle (accompanied by the nice simple italicized font), the overall richness of color. This was well-thought out, from both a photographic and design standpoint.

Mood music for this one…

These style names, the few I that can actually make out, are killin’ me! “The Enforcer”, “The Goody”, “The Executive”, “The Sportsman”…hilarious!

Indeed, those names are very creative! I can send you the rest of the names via email if you care to know what the rest of them say…

This is definitely a classic joint!

    Peace.

We own the 2nd oldest black barbershop in San Jose, CA and it just burned down. we want to reclaim that same 60′s and 70′s flair as we rebuild. Do you still have this poster? Any chance you could sell me a reprint or send me a high res image that i could print & frame for the shop?
